Short Shorts
Now when it’s cold and dark outside and I’m all tucked in inside my big parkas I can’t wait until spring comes and I can parade around in one of these:
Jenny Packman, Versace, Marni and Miu Miu.
I predict legs will be the focal point of 2006.

I know man. Early in the Fall I couldn’t wait to wear my jackets, coats and layer clothes up. Now, I just want to run around in my bikini, wear halters, short, skirts and wear my flip flops! I can’t wait.

Hehe, I had the same feeling as well. My new winter coat and my Russian inspired accessories… The joy is over pretty fast. :)

It’s summer all year long here in Singapore. That sucks. I want to get some cold - just for once.

If I could pull off the Miu Miu ones, I would prance around town in them — I love higher-waisted shorts. Right now I am happy being covered up in winter finery! I do like shorter shorts paired with long sleeved tops, though, and flat sandals — like in the Marni image.

Hehe, it’s summer here too :-) Love the Jenny Packman outfit - that green makes me weak-at-the-knees!
Although I won’t be wearing such short shorts - maybe 7 years ago! All the girls are wearing short shorts here and it’s getting really boring, and ugly, as there are some girls who just shouldn’t be wearing them…

Henri-V; the Miu Miu one is probably a difficult one to pull off, but I wish I could too! :)
Julia; the nice thing about Norway is that the stuff that is trendy other places in the world never become as trendy here. I’m crossing my fingers for that short shorts won’t be that popular when summer finally comes, cause I really want to wear them. :)

As a fashion consultant in US, I would say girls in Norway are more high-fashioned than those in US. I would love to see what kind of bikinis and bikini accessories Norwegian girls wear in summwe time.

That’s very surpising to me to hear as I have the impression that we lag behind the rest of the world! :) I’ll look into bikinis and see if I can do a post on it.
