All Year Around Sandals

Filed in: Designers, Fashion, Shoes

In my quest of rounding up the most important shoes for fall I made a discovery. Apparently several designers thought it was a good idea to just keep the sandals on all year around. If you start buying your sandals or mules or whatever your wear a size bigger and start knitting really thick socks, you should be able to save a little money when the time comes. Not quite convinced? Don’t worry; me neither.

Outfit: I Love The 50’s

Filed in: Fashion, Outfits

outfit 50's scarf I love being able to wear something other than my winter coats but I hate that it’s not time for sandals just yet. (Except when I can stay indoors.) I’m starting to get very sick of wearing boots all the time. Today I wanted to add a little 50’s to a casual outfit. I was hoping that the short jacket and the polka dot scarf would help do that.

Jeans: H&M
T-shirt: Unknown. The grey t-shirt has been my best friend throughout winter. Inspired by Dolce & Gabbana I have mixed it with golden jewelry.
Jacket: Only
Scarf: Secondhand
Boots: Bianco

Bugs

Filed in: Accessories, Designers, Fashion

I read a little thing about bugs in Elle. It’s a detail I hadn’t noticed, but there are actually loads of bugs in the spring collections. Maybe not all of you are comfortable with spiders on your dress, but most of us like butterflies. Now I doubt we will see many bug prints, but a little brooch or necklace can be a fun detail.
