According to a Norwegian fashion website, these are the hottest color combos this summer:

Yellow & black
Black & nude Purple & red Black & white Blue, white & red Brown & red Yellow & red |
Nude & red
Gray & black Blue & black Yellow & white Green & yellow Brown, yellow & red Gold with everything |
Several combinations are inspired by the 70’s. The trick is to combine colors that usually never are worn together and to wear bright colored accessories with everything.

My colors for Spring/Summer 2006 are:
teal & black
teal & tan
white & tan
brown & white
white & white ;-)
white & off-white
