Masculine Looks
Pants like both Kate Moss and Ashley Olsen are wearing are perfect for adding a little masculinity to an outfit. The masculine look can be toned down with heels and feminine accessories like Ashley is doing or emphasized with a vest like Kate.
I have a pant suit almost exactly like the one Kate Moss is wearing, but I’ve never worn it. Pants like that make me feel short and weird, a little like I feel Ashley looks like in them. Now I know the Olsen twins aren’t exactly tall, but they usually manage to look tall. Even though I think there’s something off with the outfit I like the idea behind it and seeing these pictures make me want to find a way to make my own pants work.

Reminds me of some H&M pants I loved before, until I realised how short they made me… Damn those mirrors…
Another thing; I will be working in a bank this summer holiday, and I have absolutely no idea what to wear? Yes, I could always buy some suits, but buying something I would only wear some weeks each summer is something I’m hoping to avoid! Being 20 years old, I’m still the jeans and t-shirt girl, though with a lot of shirts and some skirts. Does anyone have any experience with this, or any advice? Thank you!

Siew Kwan, it should look fine on me cause I am even a few inches taller than Kate Moss, but it feels all wrong. I tried the pants suit on after writing the post and I took in right off. Damn, I don’t know what to do…

I actually love how the Olsen girl looks, and I usually hate it. It’s all about the tailoring with the pants - the wide leg, the length - and matching it with either a simple top, or a really feminine top. Careful with which shoes you pair it with - flats can be great, or high heels with only a sexy peek showing from under the hem. I just adore this look. Don’t give up, I’m sure you’ll look gorgeous in it.
