Sock Dreams

Through Style Bubble I found Sock Dreams, the most amazing store with all the socks you could ever dream of. I was browsing through the stock amazed by the good selection and the low prices when I came across the best of it all: the long cuffable scrunchable socks at $12. They have a clear resemblance to the famous Prada stockings, only these are thicker and more suited for fall. I put in an order for them in two different colors. There are so many other things I want from that store that I’ll probably place another order pretty soon, I just have to decide what to go for.

Very Prada, som du skriver. Men nå; off to work! Ha en fortsatt fin dag, Agathe! :)

They look fabulous, but I’m too nervous to wear something like that. Don’t you think they will slide right down to your ankles? That’s always my problem with any socks at all… They end up bunched up around my toes by the end of the day.
I LOVE the look though!! I’m sure you’ll pull it off and look fantastic!!!!!!

I just ordered 2 pairs of the long cuffable socks too! Report back when you get yours and tell me what yu think, and I’ll do the same!
Love the site by the way, don’t think I’ve said that before. And you have to post a picture of you wearing the socks, you’ll look fantastic!

Sarah-Jean, when I get them I’ll let you know whether they stay up well or not. If you like the look they have a wide variety of sock garters that will help them stay up right here:

Thank you Agathe, I seriously went to every single store at this huge mall the other day, and the closest thing they had were knee hi socks. I left empty handed, I was so mad. Not even the fake gothic store (Hot topic) had them. Im so excited, cause now you\’ve found me some. American Apparel had some similar ones, but with lines, and they couldnt scrunch up. YAY. Cant wait to order them.

Takk for nettbutikk-tipset!

Finnes å få kjøpt på ebay bl.a.

I absolutely LOVE these! what type of shoe would you wear with them though?

Eli, I’m so happy that it was helpful! :)
Hilde, tusen takk! ;)
Miah, I would go for heels that are a bit chunky. A little like in the Marc Jacos collection, only not that chunky. I will have to play around with them a little when I get them though.

I loooove these socks. But I have a dilemna. I can’t wear short skirts because I am always bending over to help my little sons, so how would I be able to wear them? Any suggestions or tips?

I’m thinking they can be worn under longer garments to make them look like tights. They will still have that scrunchy look without having to wear something short and revealing.
