New Boots

A pair of black ankle boots was on my list of things I wanted for fall. I had planned to find a pair with chunky low heels so that I’d survive long walks in them. Today I found the boots, but they were nothing like I had thought they would be like. With their platforms and 4,5″ heels they’re not exactly made for running on icy streets. They did have some other advantages though. They were half the price of other ankle boots I’ve looked at and they have that rock & roll look that makes me feel really great. I guess I can look past sore feet for that.

wow, those are actually pretty nice. I have some knee length, zip up ones with the same heel. watch out for wearing out the heel…I noticed that the outer edges of the tiny heel started wearing it out first, and it started to make me feel bow legged when I walked. Not to discourage you or anything, ha, sorry.

I hate it when heels wear down so fast, that’s one of the reasons why I prefer chunky heels. I hope these will last me a while…

r_a_c_h_e_l, they’re from Din Sko and as far as I know it’s only in Scandinavia. They were 440 NOK which is a little more than $60.
Kulingen, Din Sko have some great ankle boots right now, most at around 1000. These were simpler and way less. :)

Oooh love the boots, remiond me of a Christian Louboutin pair I saw somewhere - definatley a good buy. I definatley want some ankle boots for autum!
