Purple is my new favorite color. This color used to be my favorite many years ago as well. Half my wardrobe was purple. Then I got so sick of it that I couldn’t stand the color anymore. The last couple of years I’ve warmed up to it again without really wearing it myself. Now on the other hand this has changed. I want lots of purple clothes. It’s just too bad I don’t know where most of my old stuff is. Maybe I gave it all away? It’s a lesson learned at least; no matter how sick you are of things, never throw them away! The hunt is on again and I’m looking for all things purple. A purple floral dress or shirt first maybe..?

I didn’t post any outfit yesterday cause I was in the forest most of the day picking mushrooms. It ended in a great meal and a bunch of dried mushrooms, but little time.

Today I’m wearing my bat wing sleeve sweater. It doesn’t show in the picture how there’s lots of silver threads in it that make it a little sparkly. I’m also wearing a pair of disco ball earrings from Vintage Amore that can’t be seen here.
