I love hats. They always add a bit of drama to an outfit. You can wear the most plain and boring outfit in the world, but the hat will always take it to another level. Still I hardly ever wear them. It’s the last touch to the outfit I always forget to add. This fall I am planning to get better at it though. Over the years I’ve collected both a great deal of pictures of hats and hats on my own.

My own hat collection is looking a little less glamorous and is mostly just a pile of old stuff, but one of these days I’m going to start working with it. My favorite is the black net hat that I’ve actually worn a few times even though it’s quite eccentric.

I tried on a ton of different combinations before I landed on this outfit. For some reason most of what I tried on was very adventurous but I don’t feel too adventurous today so I chose something with a little more subtle colors and chose to go a little further when it comes to layering in stead.

On the picture I feel that the tights look weird. Maybe it’s because they look a little flat and that the color is different cause actually the dress and the tights have exactly the same color.
