Nice Combos

The weather is so awful these days and the sky is so dark it almost makes you believe that it´s in the middle of the night. Not to mention it´s getting colder. Even though I love this time of year there´s something about it that doesn´t always mix with style. I am screaming for more inspiration on how to dress cause the fashion magazines I read hasn´t really done it for me these days.
It´s then I thank God for blogs like the Sartorialist. I first fell in love with how the girl in the first photo wears her blazer. I also love scarves worn like that, but I so rarely remember it myself. The second girl just looks so comfy in her cozy scarf. I need to find a long scarf like that. And the third girl… I would never have thought of it myself, but it just looks so great.

I love headscarves. I wear them whenever I want to hide my messy hair, or when I just want more color around my face. I have a vase filled with scarves that I don’t wear often enough.

It is getting awfully cold here in Canada too. Scarves are a must. I have several long scarves of different colors that I rotate with, they really brighten up my black winter coat.

I think you can buy a scarf similar to the one in the second picture from American Apparel. I saw it on the Satorialist and I fell in love with it too. She just looks so cozy, warm and self assured.
