Zara Dress
Filed in: Designers, Fashion, Shopping

Ever since I saw the picture of Laura Bailey wearing a gold Cacharel dress a few months ago I´ve been dying for something similar. I love how she wears it as a day dress paired with a tank top like it was the most unglamorous dress in the world. Later Zara copied the dress, but I never found it in the shop here. The other day I came across one on eBay. The seller It´s how you wear it sell a lot of Zara clothes and became my rescue. I suspect I´ll be shopping from that shop later too.

The gold Cacharel looks almost neutral in the picture–like you could wear it shopping and not just to a dressy event. Very lovely.

Husker jeg la merke til den da Laura Nailey hadde den på seg. Den er kul altså. Veldig fin utgave den du fant der!

I have that dress! The only thing I don’t like about it was the fact that the fabric seemed too thick for that kind of dress - but it makes sense since it came form the winter collection. Me thinks it’ll be a bit too warm for summer months. :(

Ambika, I know, it´s so strange that a gold dress can look that casual! :)
Ladybird, er spent på hvordan den er i virkeligheten!
Rellz, good to know! I guess it can be a spring/fall dress at least. :) How´s the size? I think this might be too big, but I´m not very familiar with Zara sizes…

Cordelia, I know what you mean. Zara did have a great silver dress though that I think might have worked cause it was a little “warm” at the same time. I didn´t get it though.
Zava, helt enig!
Eli, strange… Thanks for the link! It´s great to see it on someone.

Well, the medium is about a UK size 10-12, a small is a UK size 6-8, and a Large I think is about a UK size 14-16. I don\’t think Zara runs big.
