Jeans
I went to find a pair of Levi´s 501, but as it turns out, no one sells them. There are the 506, 571, but no 501. Instead my fascination for ugly things reached new heights when I purchased the ugliest jeans ever. Stonewashed, high waisted, super slim jeans from Cheap Monday. I´ve seen them once before and I was horrified by what met the eye. Wondering how I´m going to pull these off? So am I.
I learned one thing though… I always thought high waisted jeans wouldn´t fit my body shape and that my butt would look like it was ten feet long, but it´s not bad at all! The pockets are placed lower than on any other jeans I own which makes it look quite OK.

OMG! I totally DIG those jeans!! I think you shoild wear those jeans with your frankie-tee. Maybe some fluoro accessoires? And, oh, the Chanel naked bag would be ave to those jeans!!

That’s so funny, I was just thinking of buying those exact jeans yesterday, but instead I opted for cheap monday’s skinny indigo cords. They’re a little too daring for me, since I’m a guy, but I’m in love with that wash.

now, now dont despair yet!….
if youre not that crazy bout the stonewash look, you can always dye them some funky color, and if you pair them with a long shirt/minidress… nobody`s gonna know theyre highwaisted!!

Down with the low rise jeans anyway! I’m tired of seeing so many thongs and stray crotch hairs. Enough to make me shutter. Haha, but this definitely looks cute and seem to have worn it with confidence.

Jen, I agree! So far I have gone for something in between the low and the high waisted. I thought the high waisted were a lot more difficult to pull off than they actually are.

I actually saw those jeans online recently and thought the same… in that, i thought they were HIDEOUS and then knew i had to have a pair!

akk!! I am definitely interested in seeing how you will pull these off. I saw some used 501s yday, and honestly, I didn’t like them too much. I just got a pair of used Diesel boyfriend jeans. i don’t know if they’re past season or what, but they’re perfect :)
