I am glad I went to the Oslo Awards yesterday even though I was sceptical. The award ceremony was a lot of fun and afterwards there was Champagne and oysters for everyone. After that we were taken to a party elsewhere were we had a great time.

This morning I´m going on my weekly flea market shopping.

I have a long track record with nail polish. About 10 years ago I would spend ages every single day painting my nails in different colors. I probably had 20 different bottles in all the colors you can imagine. Each nail got it´s own color and pattern made by tooth picks. After that I had a period where I only wore black nail color from many different brands. Since then it´s mostly been the french manicure kind, the last few years the one I got at H&M for $4, and recently I´ve been testing the famous Chanel black satin.

A few days ago I received 5 bottles of Nubar nail lacquers in the mail that rocked my nail coloring world. A little sceptical at first, at least when I read the words “toxic free”. That´s all fine, but isn´t it the toxins that make them good? Forget all about that. When I applied these (I put one color on each nail) I was amazed by how quickly they dried. It´s like magic. Even with two coats. But then again you don´t really need two coats cause the colors on these things are amazing. There are more good news; they come in like a billion different colors and they´re $6.99! They beat Chanel in quality and they´re a lot less!

I wore the lacquer out on town yesterday, with a few beers too many at crowded places, and there´s not even a single scratch!
