I almost put in a bid for a pair of vintage boots like these on eBay a few days ago, but in the last minute I changed my mind thinking that I would have too few occations to wear them compared to how much space they would take in my wardrobe. A couple of days later Elle falls into my mailbox giving me tons of ideas for how to wear them.

It´s a big day today as three packages arrived in the mailbox! It´s just the kind of thing I need this cold and dark Wednesday.

The Salvatore Ferragamo oxfords are ten times better than what I thought they would be. They´re not navy as the description said, but black which suits me just fine. They fit perfectly, look great and I´m just so happy with them!

The swimsuit is from More Swimsuits and it is my first one-piece in many years. Some times it´s just more practical. It is feels a little snug as I should have ordered a size up because of my height, but it looks great on.

The H&M shorts came really fast! The denim one was too big and is being returned for a smaller size. The brown shorts were the big surprise. I was a little iffy on them from looking at the photo, but they´re much nicer in reality. They fit perfectly and strangely enough don´t look that high waisted even though they go above my belly button. They might be a high waisted alternative for those of you that are sceptical but willing to give it a shot.

It feels kind of strange to review diamonds because I have no experience with them. As any other girl I would not mind owning diamond jewelry, in fact I would love to, but as a student it just has not been a priority. Then again, someday I guess someone will put a diamond ring on my finger so it´s not that far off. What I know is that I want that future ring to be simple. Just one stone and no fuzz. Here Whiteflash have a great selection. As low as at the price of $180 you can own a single diamond “Tiffany” style ring. The cheapest alternative is maybe my favorite from the shop as it will never go out of style. There is actually a quite big selection of affordable rings, but if you want to go big, that is not a problem. Every girl has her own style, and the simple ring may not be for everyone. For these girls the shop also have a big selection of 3 stone rings and diamond settings. These do of course run quite a bit higher in price, but if it is the ring of your dreams it might be worth it and for an engagement ring I guess this is not bad at all. All in all this shop have a nice selection of diamond engagement rings in many different price ranges.
