I feel like I have too little time to put together any exciting outfits these days and today suddenly got very stressful. From coffee with a friend after work to dinner at a restaurant afterwards. No time to think things through. First is work, second is dinner. Need to add some color.

It feels like forever since I´ve been shopping in an actual store; eBay has taken up most of my time lately. Today however I bought a pair of ankle boots at Din Sko, much like the ones I already have, but I since I wear them so much I wanted an extra pair. The t-shirt/dress is from H&M and I´ve seen it several times without buying it. Today I got this feeling that I just had to have it, and lucky me, there was one left and it was in my size!

I love the look of Keira Knightley´s long slouchy sweater. I guess the attidute is half the look cause the sweater it self isn´t all that special.

The first time I saw latex leggings worn like this was at Style Bubble a few months ago. She demonstrated perfectly how to pull off this quirky garment. I didn´t end up trying myself though, instead I got a pair of shiny black tights from H&M. So far shiny tights and leggings has been spotted in many fall shows, this includes a few pairs of latex leggings. I couldn´t help myself any longer, I had to take it a step further. Today I won a pair on eBay and I am dying to test them out!

I added a hot pink top under my gray dress today. I love the idea of hints of pink here and there cause I normally don´t wear the color. Sadly my web cam fucks up the colors so pink never looks like pink. Now I´ve got to go out for a coffee.

I got inspired by the sequins on the runway and then especially the DKNY show, so I decided to go on a hunt for my own sequin dress. It turned out to be a lot harder than I thought, even though I turned to eBay, the safest bet of all. I quickly found out that the only shop with a decent selection of sequin dresses was a drag queen shop. It made me have to try something new; dresses made for men. I sent them my measurements to make sure it would fit and I got a lot of help and guidance. One advice was not to stuff my bra too much. At $15 I had to give it a shot. Today it arrived and it was a success. The dress fits and it has a nice, feminine shape. I can´t wait to pair it with rougher fabrics like leather and wool.

I can never get enough shades. It´s the one thing I always pick up without giving it a second thought. When I came across My Favorite Episode that sell a lot of vintage/retro shades, I was about to pick one in each color even though I´ve seen something quite similar at H&M. This time I managed to stop before it was too late, although I am still considering the green ones. I thought I´d share them with you guys in case there are other shadeoholics out there. They have more styles than these, I just liked them so much. They kind of remind me of some from Karen Walker even though they in reality are quite different - it´s something about the chunky frame and the straight lines.

I´m testing out my new leather vest today and I am pretty happy with it. Glammed up with some jewelry it doesn´t look quite as biker.

Ok, I know I´m starting to get a little repetitive with my outfits, it´s just so hard when you have those favorites you want to wear all the time. And for days like these, when alcohol is included, I love the way these garments make me feel. I dance even though I normally don´t and it always turn out to be a great evening.
