With all this talk about turbans I ended up buying this skirt from Bella*Ropa Vintage because it reminded me of Prada. I kept seeing the skirt with a turban and suddenly I had clicked the “buy it now” button. I guess this is what happens when you´re bored because you have been awake for hours while your boyfriend is hung over and still in bed.

Yesterday´s outfit ended up being a mix of the trashy looks I used for my project. I am even wearing a scrunchie.

I made a quick search for turbans on eBay and as it turns out there are tons of them and they are mostly between $7 and $10. That´s affordable enough to get one even if you´re not sure whether you dare to wear it or not. You can just test out how it feels around the house and give it away to someone braver if it doesn´t work out. Two shops on eBay have especially good selections and they are Luxury Divas and Hair me now wigs and beauty supply. They both have turbans in a variety of different colors and looks. I went for one in black, navy and brown. I think the purple one is the prettiest one of all but I fear it will draw too much attention.

Talking about trash; I kind of want a t-shirt with a print like those below. I´ve always laughed at people wearing those because they´re just so incredibly ugly. I mean, you´d only see them on the most white trash people out there, at least in Norway. Maybe that´s exatly what appeals to me now. Anyway, I´d cut the arms off it and wear it as an oversized tank. And I promise I´ll give you something pretty to read about soon as all this ugliness may start to get out of hand. I always go into these things with a sense of irony, but somewhere along the line it gets lost; you should have seen my home…
