As I´ve mentioned earlier my mom has been knitting a bikini for me from an old book from the 50´s, and now it´s done! This summer I´m going to go for a Bettie Page kind of look on the beach.

I managed to pick up a couple of things today that I think may come in handy for summer. There are actually some things that I have a hard time picking up, and it´s little things like these cause they seem so unnecessary. Today I ignored that reasonable voice in my head and and just went for it. The elastics are to add a little something to my hair that always seem to be worn in a pony tail these days. The shoe laces are for one of my future purchases; a pair of white high tops. Fate decided to play along and made sure that the items matched perfectly in color. Now I totally can see myself chewing pink bubble gum all summer. By the way, I also got the H&M dress I wrote about a while ago.
