Long Skirts
I had planned on wearing a lot of long skirts last fall/winter, but I haven´t worn one once. When it comes down to it I just don´t feel comfortable in them although I often used to wear them when I was younger. Seeing these images of Ashley Olsen reminded me of my plan. I guess part of the problem is exactly that I used to wear long skirts many years ago, and they would make me feel like a rebellious 15 year old again.

The Olsen twins have the worst fashion sense ever! They feel like since they have soo much money they can look and dress like CRAP and it’s okay. They always look ridiculously horrible, even when they go to black tie events. Why are these skeletons craving for soo much attention, they spent their entire life on television.

I simply adore Ashley’s style recently and I think she definitely pulls that ouftit off.
you should try to wear the long skirts and see what’s gonna happen! :D

I don’t agree with Bakhitah =( I do think the olsens are great when getting dressed. I abolutely loove her long skirt and the way she wears it without looking too old-fashioned.

there was a pic of a woman wearing a long pink skirt on the satorialist the other day.. long skirts are pretty but hard to manage, i have a hard enough time not tripping on the sidewalk. ; )

I like the idea of long skirts and dresses, but nothing so big and black as the one on Olson. Etro and Hermes, among others, have some wonderful long outfits for spring. I’m partial to Etro #25 because of its patchwork.

It’s different
Just because they don’t dress lke everyone else (which is the point) everyone thinks it’s crap.
I can understand some of their stuffing being weird
bt usually they pull it off pretty well
I would love to be able to pull off those weird dresses, but I have an odd pear shaped figure..:( bwah.

Libby,i do agree with you. I like Olsen twins ,even i will never wear like them. LOL. They always can make the things to be fashion , her own style. and something that really fit for them.

I like them selectively. I think Ashley looks good the majority of the time, and Mary Kate does it for me sometimes. I’m too short and chubby to get away with so much fabric but it looks nice on her.

whatever ashley wears can support it perfectly,so does with long skirts.
her style is unique.
