The Suit
Filed in: Designers, Fashion, Trend Alerts
The suit is a classic, no matter if it´s trendy or not, and I have invested in several of them over the years. But a suit needs to be well tailored to last and on a budget it´s not always that easy to find. I find it easier to come across nice skirt suits, but I wore them so much a few years ago that I find pants suits more interesting. I think I´ve said it before but a suit cut like the one from Just Cavalli would be the perfect one for me. There´s just something about it that seems to attract my attention, I guess cause it feels less serious and strict than ordinary suits, and I just wish that H&M or any other shop I can afford would copy it, although I have little hope that will happen. Here are at least a few examples of the suit; it will be big this fall.

I have been feeling SO into suits lately (and luckily I have a lot from all my corporate jobs!). I’m interested in more tailored looks after overdosing on floaty dresses.

I’ve been into finding well fitted blazers too.
Don’t forget Cavalli’s doing a collection for H&M this fall. Maybe he’ll include a suit.

I know, but then it would be all over and I would get sick of it before it hit the stores… :/

I love the Etro suit. Sexy librarian all the way.

I love pant suits, I remember when I was a wee girl watching fashion file at 6 in the morning being in awe of dolce & gabbana, and saying to myself “one day when i grow up, i’m gonna wear a white dolce & gabbana pant suit.”
