Chelsea Rebelle
Filed in: Designers, Fashion, Shopping
I am back home as a married woman, but since I don´t have many pictures of the day yet (which was perfect by the way; I´ll tell you all about it later) I´ll post about my new dress instead of my wedding dress. Ever since I saw the fall collections I knew I wanted a latex dress. Searches on eBay only lead to different sex shops that had other kinds of latex dresses than what I wanted. I was almost about to give up when I read a post on Style Bubble about Chelsea Rebelle, a design label with, among other things, great latex clothing. I immediately fell for the bondage babydoll dress. It is the perfect mix between the sweet and innocent and the hard and sexy.
I was sad to discover that there were no online shops selling it, and all the shops that did sell it were in cities like New York and Los Angeles. I was however determined to get my hands on the dress, so I sent the designer a mail, and she was kind enough to ship it to me herself! I just got it today and it is the perfect latex dress. Oversized so it doesn´t look too trashy, but short so that it keeps its sexiness. A bit short for a tall body like mine maybe, but with opaque tights or hotpants underneath, it will be one of my favorites this fall.
Have a look at the shop as there´s some great stuff there, and if you ask nicely you can order online as well.

Best wishes!
that is a cute dress though! i’ve never worn latex so i wouldn’t know what it would be like, but i like the idea of making a latex baby doll dress as a contrast :)

Wow, that’s something I need to start doing for some of the more obscure designer stuff i want. e-retail while seemingly tacky is still really convenient for a lot of the world.

Wow, That’s my daughter’s design available in LA, London, Sydney and New York! Not bad for a kid from the backwater of NZ!
