Mohop

Remember those smart Mohop shoes I received some months ago? Now there´s an even more brilliant design available, the wooden wedges. The genious thing about these shoes is that you can change ribbons whenever you feel like it. There are loops on each side of the shoe where you can strap any ribbon you want in any way you want. The possibilities are endless! The loops are elastic so even if you tie the ribbons tight, they will sit comfortably on your foot. You can choose from three different looks (low heel to high heel) and two different kinds of wood, each pair comes with 5 pairs of ribbons of your choice, and right now you even get free worldwide shipping if you enter the coupon code “SUMMER”. I feel a little like Oprah ranting about these shoes like they were God´s gift to women, but I truly find them amazing. So they cost somewhere between $200 and $300 depending on the style, but think about everything you can do with these!

This is just my type of footwear, A.! I love the example in the middle (the blue one). Talk about versatility!
I am always attracted to shoes that make me over six feet tall. When said shoe also happens to be a platform wedge, I lose all sense of fiduciary discretion.

I hate it when you post about Mohops! I really really really want them. I know you have a pair but you don’t seem to wear them that much. Are they really that comfortable? And if the wedges were available would have bought those instead of the ones that you have?

So funny! I met Annie Mohop (the owner and designer) last year and we did this video together for Sprig.com:

She’s THE NICEST — so sweet and obviously talented.

Lady Smaggle, there´s only one reason why I haven´t worn them and that´s because I received them just before winter.
Sharp Lily, lucky you! I´ll check out the video when I get home from work! :)

They seem amazingly versatile, I love wedges as well. If I had the money I’d definitely have trouble NOT buying them. For now, I’ll content myself with those pretty pictures.
