Leather Pants
With all the feminine and ladylike looks to enter the runway, I must smile every time a pair of leather pants comes along. I´ve wanted one of these for a couple of years now, but have ended up with multiple leather skirts instead along with a pair of fake leather shorts. Maybe, just maybe, I will still have a shot at finding a pair in a shop I can afford. The more of these to be seen on the runway, the bigger the chance is. And so far there have actually been quite many of them.

you can wear them! i think they are only for skinny legs, like yours. if your legs aren’t that skinny, it wouldn’t look good.

I get just as stoked when I see great use of leather on the runway. It’s just difficult buying leather pants second hand. You don’t want them too big/baggy and finding women who would give up a small size and tight cut is hard.. believe me, I live where these are worn not as a fashion item but because it’s cold when you’re riding your motorcycle at 60mph and really need them.
My fiance has the most amazing pair of leather pants but it’s mainly because they were tailored for him. Perfect leather trews are like an investment because they last so long (the same as the perfect leather moto jacket) so it is totally a good thing to splurge on! Also, I think chaps would look totally great with some of your outfits so maybe try to find those first, as they’re way more affordable.

oh, i love them too! but a) it think they sort of require being thin ad b)theyre a little too ecletic for high school

I like the way they look in the Temperley and Sari Gueron shows. Like leggings. The others are too loose and have too many folds.

hehe i have some….:) …they are a size 38 and i wear 36 but they are ok…i wanted to took they in but well…..i don t have time time TIME (and a sewing machine) but well…blah..maybe one day…

top shop unique had really neat looking leather leggings on the runway but i can’t find them on the website yet. i would love to order a pair as i’m in canada and in an area where i cannot wait for things to trickle down to the stores. they either never catch on or are only in high-end stores i will never be able to afford.

Am curious - I wear a size 6 so not too thin and have a pair of fairly tight leather pants that fit great but they are a bit flared at the bottom. Are these out of style?? Would love to hear. Thanks.
