I got this Moschino Couture! skirt at a flea market several years ago for about a dollar. I loved the oversized bow on the back, but since it was a little snug I never ended up wearing it. Today I finally did.

I got the February issue of Nylon the other day and one of the things that caught my eye was the article on London style seen from an American point of view. I love the photos and I have found myself lusting after the Acne grid skirt in the first picture. I remember them from their show and as far as I can remember I didn´t like them then. Now things have changed, and I am trying to get a hold of one for my own but so far I have had no luck.

It´s strange sometimes the people I get in touch with because of the blog. I recently got a mail from a woman who had sorted through her old jewelry, and instead of tossing out what she wasn´t going to keep, she thought of me. I obviously offered to pay her, but she didn´t want anything in return, and since I believe that all jewelry and clothing deserves to be worn, I met up with her today. This is what I got, my favorites being the giant earrings, the bangles, the Maltese cross brooch along with the tiger brooch.

And as if this wasn´t enough, she also brought along a pair of Gucci loafers that were too small for her!

Sometimes the best things in life really are free, and not only for the fact that I got all this stuff, but for meeting such a generous soul.

I will have to leave you with blurry pictures today. I am wearing practically the same outfit as a week or two ago only with different accessories. I have to make sure to wear this dress before I grow out of it again - normally it´s too small.
